A tip to all of the teachers out there reading this post, remember when teaching, to not reward the child for bad behavior but reward them for good behavior. For example if a child is acting out because he or she dose not want to do the assignment, do not set the child in time out for a break. By doing this you are giving the child what he or she wants by letting them stop doing the assignment. In stead reward the child for doing the assignment, like letting them up to get a drink when they are finished.
Also, for all the new teachers out there remember that your lesson plan should be addaptive to all of your students in your class. Do not have any student left out!!!

The first step in creating a lesson plan or choosing a lesson plan is to make sure that every child is active at all times! Do not let students sit on the out side and just watch the game or activity. This is not the point of physical education.
